Slamdunk Enterprises, Inc. (trading as Slamdunk AI Apps) operates Discover Ikigai and decides how and why your personal data is processed — that makes us the data controller. • Account data — email address, password hash or Google account identifier, display name and avatar.
• Session content — the answers, notes and context you type into a session, and the reports generated from them.
• Sensitive information you choose to share — sessions can involve personal topics such as grief, health, family or finances. Share only what you are comfortable with. This content is used only to run your sessions and generate your reports, is processed by Anthropic to generate responses, and is never used for advertising.
• Community content — posts, comments, stories and reports you publish.
• Transaction data — purchase email, transaction reference, product, amount, status and refunds. Card details are handled by Paddle and never reach our servers.
• Technical data — session identifiers linked to your account, sign-in session data, plus error and usage logs.

To deliver guided sessions and reports (performance of a contract), to process payments, refunds and receipts (contract and legal obligation), to run the community, and to keep the service reliable and secure (legitimate interests).

• Paddle.com Market Ltd — our Merchant of Record; receives purchase and billing data to process payments, tax and refunds.
• Supabase — database, authentication and hosting of your account and session data.
• Anthropic — processes session content to generate session responses and reports.
• Google — only if you choose Google sign-in.
• Authorities or advisers where required by law.

We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

Account, session and community data is kept while your account is active and deleted on request. Transaction records are retained for as long as tax and accounting law requires. You can delete your account and all its sessions and reports at any time by emailing us from your account email; we complete deletion within 30 days.

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Email support@discoverikigai.app and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

We use essential browser storage only: your sign-in session, your session identifiers, and your saved purchase email. No advertising or tracking cookies are set.
