Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to every purchase in addition to these terms.

Discover Ikigai provides AI-guided self-reflection sessions and generated reports for business idea validation and personal ikigai discovery, plus optional experiment plans. Output is generated by AI and is informational only — it is not legal, financial, medical or professional advice, and we do not guarantee any commercial or personal outcome.

Prices are shown before checkout and include applicable taxes calculated by Paddle. Paid reports unlock immediately after a successful payment. Digital access is granted for the scope described on the product page (single report, or lifetime access where stated).

Refunds are available under our Refund Policy within 30 days of purchase.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to purchase.

You agree not to:

• use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or abusive purposes;
• post content in the community that is illegal, hateful, harassing or infringing;
• attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload or circumvent access controls;
• resell, redistribute or publish paid report content as your own product;
• submit other people's personal data without a lawful basis to do so.

The platform, its software, prompts, design and branding remain the property of Slamdunk Enterprises, Inc.. You retain ownership of the inputs you provide, and you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the reports generated for you, including for your own business or personal planning. Content you publish to the community showcase may be displayed publicly on the site.

We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, if you breach these terms, abuse the service, initiate a fraudulent chargeback, or where required by law. Where a suspension is not caused by your breach, we will refund any unused paid access. You may stop using the service at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.
