Refund Policy

You can request a refund of any report, experiment plan or purchase within 30 days of the payment date. Refunds are issued to the original payment method by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, and normally appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

• Fastest route: open My purchases and press "Request refund" on the purchase. It is processed automatically.
• Or email support@discoverikigai.app with the purchase email and transaction reference and we will process it for you.

Because these are digital products, a refunded purchase ends the access it granted: the unlocked report is locked again, lifetime personal-ikigai access is withdrawn, and the Supporter badge is removed from your community profile unless you still hold another paid purchase. Your session transcript and any content you published to the community remain under your control.

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory right of withdrawal or consumer protection you have under the law of your country of residence.
